Don't panic. Call our office. Depending on your progress, we may have you wear your previous aligners, move to your next set, or order a replacement. If you forgot to wear them for a day or two, put them back in and resume your schedule. If they feel very tight or won't fit, call us before forcing them. Always store aligners in their case when eating.
